| Supplier/Subcontractor induction checklist and questionaire
Suppliers and subcontractors are required to provide details of their
Quality, Environmental and OH&S systems to AWC to demonstrate such systems
are in place or that they undertake to operate in accordance with AWC systems
for such work.
